Filing an Auto Glass Claim

You can schedule the repair or replacement at your convenience.

In most cases, they can repair or replace your glass at your home or work, or you can go to one of their shops. It usually takes less than 30 minutes for repairs and 60 minutes for replacements, though it is recommended that you don’t drive your vehicle for at least one hour after a replacement. Fixing your glass

If your glass can be repaired (and you have comprehensive coverage), you don’t have to pay anything. If it’s a full replacement, you may have to pay your deductible, depending on your state. Keep in mind, you might see a small blemish where the repair was completed. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll replace your windshield, but you have to pay your deductible, depending on your state.
