    Q: How do I file a claim?

    A: To file a claim, please visit our claims page and complete the online form. Make sure to provide all necessary documentation to expedite the process.  If this is for a property claim, please contact us at (833)394-2394.  If you need to file a claim with King Insurance, please select the type of claims tab and select King Insurance.. 

    Q: What information do I need to provide?

    A: You will need to provide your policy number, a description of the incident, and any supporting documents such as photos or receipts.

    Q: How long does it take to process a claim?
    A: Claim processing times can vary, but we aim to review and respond to all claims within 10 business days.

    Q: Can I check the status of my claim?
    A: Yes, you can check the status of your claim by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.

    Q: How long do I have to file a claim after an accident?
    A: Each state has a Statute of Limitations within which your claim should be filed. It is always best to report a claim as quickly as possible after the loss occurs to avoid any unnecessary issues or delays.
